Mauro climbed the rocky reef, shouted “Ti Amo, Gloria!” for all to hear, and won a hidden smile. That love now inspires Ti Amo Wood Fired Pizza, bringing passion and warmth to every bite.
That simple yet powerful phrase, Ti Amo—"I love you" in Italian—marked the beginning of their love story. Mauro’s heartfelt declaration won Gloria over, leading to a beautiful marriage and three children. Their story became a testament to how love, courage, and simplicity can create something timeless.

From Street Food Roots to Wood-Fired Mastery
My name is Arjan, and I am proud to continue the legacy as the current owner of Ti Amo Wood Fired Pizza. My journey with food began in India, where I grew up savoring vibrant street food. What fascinated me most was how the best dishes were created with simplicity and mastery—street vendors specializing in one dish, perfecting it over years, and serving it fresh daily. It wasn’t about complexity; it was about using a few local ingredients to create something extraordinary.
The Beauty of Simplicity
Italian cuisine, India’s best street food, thrives on simplicity—letting fresh ingredients shine. A Caprese salad of tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, olive oil, and balsamic is proof: fresh, simple, satisfying. When I came to America, I worked in Indian restaurants with long menus that made freshness hard to maintain. Discovering true Italian wood-fired pizza captivated me—one dish, fresh ingredients, and quality above all.

My bond with Italian food grew through my wife, raised on it after her mother’s mission to Italy. As I fell in love with her, I embraced the cuisine’s warmth. At Ti Amo, I hand-select fresh, high-quality ingredients daily so every pizza tells our story.
